Exclusively produced in the Leuvrigny area of France, our champagne meets the highest quality standards. It promises moments of pure indulgence.
Straw yellow with green reflections, fine, delicate, and dense mousse. Elegant aromas of fresh peaches, apples, and grapefruit on the palate, followed by a classic brioche aroma with a hint of Cox Orange on the finish. The effervescence persists, forming an exciting foam. The color is light golden. The initial nose reveals fleshy yellow fruit aromas of peach and apricot. After a few minutes, notes of dried fruit (hazelnut) and honey emerge. The palate is very round and luscious, yet retains freshness and a pleasant acidity. The dominant flavors are those of pastry.
With its concentrated structure, the Hedonist accompanies an entire menu, from aperitif to fruit-dominated dessert, mild blue cheese, and digestif. Dishes such as caviar, steamed fish, sashimi, or gravlax, dishes based on shallots, basil, and/or ginger, as well as seafood flavored with garlic or lemongrass, are just a few of the many possible dishes.
